want to be licensed in California? Or, did you finish school, but feel you need
some extra time and work to pass the California State Board Barbering or

ABOUT OUR SERVICES
AnsgarHair California State Board Examination Review and Instructional
Tutoring is conducted by Edgar L. Henderson, III, graduate
of SDCC, Associated Barber College, and Marinello Schools of Beauty;
with dual licenses in the States of California and Washington
in the areas of Barbering, Cosmetology, and Barber/Cosmo Instruction.
All tutoring is based upon and compliant with California State
Board of Barbering and Cosmetology regulations, procedures, and
scopes of practice within the specific areas of designated licenses,
and, as a result, is developed in accordance with these standards
to ensure maximum compliance in the areas of:
- healthy and safety
- client/operator protection
- disinfection and infection control
- hazardous chemical usage and disposal
- and above all, "Protection of the Public"
All candidates interested in our Instructional Tutoring are required
to provide for purposes of verification letters of State Board
Examination Notification upon commencement of the first day of
review session as scheduled. All interested persons must allow
for instructional session preparation one week ahead of prescheduled
session time in order to ensure adequate curriculum development
based on individual client/candidate need. All such sessions shall
be prepaid upon criteria verification and approval via PayPal
or Square (no cash or checks are accepted) one week in advance
of the first scheduled tutoring session (no exceptions allowed).
A minimum of 4 hours is required for Barbering and 8 hours for
Cosmetology - however, sessions may be longer depending on your
needs. Scheduling is subject to the instructor's availability,
and your individualized review needs. The training schedule MUST
BE DISCUSSED with AnsgarHair before payment shall be made.

AnsgarHair is not responsible or held liable for "non-satisfactory"
(non-passing) examination scores on above-stated California State
Board Examination and test outcomes; nor is AnsgarHair representing,
associate with, or affiliated with the California or Washington
State Boards of Barbering and Cosmetology and in no regard speaks
for these regulating institutions. AnsgarHair (Edgar L. Henderson,
III) is duly licensed and in good standing with the above-stated
California and Washington State Boards/Bureaus of Barbering and
Cosmetology, and prides itself in comprehensive compliance in
all areas of jurisdiction of the above-stated institutions as
stated and verified under appropriate individual license.
Tutoring candidates are responsible for all kit augmentation costs,
material supplies, and other items needed as necessary as proscribed
by the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology's student
candidate kit list.
Candidate logins to our secure login area are intended for your personal use only
and are not be shared with anyone.
Anyone found in violation of this policy may find their remaining sessions terminated without refund.
Logins shall expire the day after your scheduled exam date. Materials provided in our secure
area may be changed without notice.
AnsgarHair is not responsible for candidate non-attendance, tardiness,
incapacitated state of arrival, or communicable disease/disorder meriting
disqualification upon arrival, natural and/or unnatural disaster incidents as
well as issues of candidate non-compliance with California State Board
regulations; all of these issues above-stated and implied by the outlined
infractions to the rule, justify complete and total forfeiture of funds paid to
AnsgarHair commensurate for the tutorial session(s) in question.
AnsgarHair is not responsible for providing models for candidate examinations or tutoring sessions.
AnsgarHair reserves the right to change this DISCLAIMER and TERMS AND
CONDITIONS at any time at its discretion.
